A registered letter was received on January 3rd, 2003 from the DEA asking for Genesis 1:29’s response to their last communication. This reveals that the Washington DC DEA office was not aware that they had Robert in custody! Robert & Genesis 1:29 were engaged in the lengthy Federal permit process.
