San Francisco VoterMarch, May 2001
I distributed 8 flags for  people to mount on sticks and carry on the march. One flag bearer decided to buy  the one he carried, leaving me with seven to carry back. So I left one on a  stick and was handing out cards when I came upon this group of SFPD. To my  immediate right is the Seargent, he told me he was all for hemp and just then noticed some folks taking pictures. He quickly took command of the whole show  and in seconds there were several folks taking pictures, and we were posing.  What a riot! I thanked those folks for taking care of us as we marched up Market  street and congratulated them for a job well done.
All were in agreement -  prohibition of cannabis is dumb.
